Dayna C. Stewart, 21, of Plano, was charged with domestic battery at about 3:20 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Washington Street, according to an Oswego police report. She was given a Jan. 10 court date.

Andrew J. Brims, 23, of Montgomery, was charged with obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest at about 12:40 a.m. Sunday at 4571 Route 71, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a Jan. 13 court date.

Erin L. Jordan, 27, of 350 Whitewater Lane, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disobeying a traffic control signal at about 3 a.m. Saturday at Route 34 and Pearce’s Ford Road, according to an Oswego police report. She was given a Jan. 24 court date.
