DUI
Lindsey Jones, 28, of 260 Chesterfield Court, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence and speeding at about 9:40 a.m. Tuesday at Grove and Plainfield roads, according to an report. She was given a March 9 court date.
Jan. 22

Ronald Coy, 59, of 231 Ashley Court, Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at about 8:40 p.m. Jan. 22 at his home, according to an Oswego police report.
School bus battery

A 13-year-old student complained to Oswego police at about 9 a.m. Jan. 22 that he had been the victim of a battery on a school bus near Lombard Lane and Boulder Hill Pass. According to the police news release, the incident is under investigation.
Jan. 21
DUI, underage drinking
Zachary Meyer, 18, and Keith Wold, 19, both of Palatine were charged with underage consumption of alcohol and driving under the influence respectively at about 3:15 a.m. Jan. 21 at routes 34 and 71, according to an Oswego police report. Both were given Feb. 10 court dates.
Jan. 17
Domestic battery
Jacquelyn J. Fortin, 19, of Willowbrook was charged with domestic battery at about 1 p.m. Jan. 17 in the 200 block of Morgan Valley Drive. She was taken to the Kendall County Jail.
Possession of stolen vehicle
Idreis Johnson, 18, of Oswego was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, retail theft and reckless conduct at about 10:30 p.m. Jan. 17 at 55 Chicago Road, according to an Oswego police report. Another man, Miles Soliveres, 19, also of Oswego, also was charged with retail theft, police said.
