Stolen items

Two unlocked sheds in the 200 block of Mondovi were broken into sometime before 2 p.m., according to an report. The thieves made off with a weed whacker and a bicycle.

Marijuana possession

Anthony Binder, 23 of Oswego, was charged with driving under in the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana at about 4:30 a.m., according to an Oswego police report. He was given a June 12 court date.

A store in the 4000 block of Wolf Road reported about $1,650 in merchandise was stolen sometime before 10:30 a.m., according to an Oswego police report.

Battery

A 15-year-old Oswego High School student was charged with battery at about 8:30 a.m. at the school, Oswego police said. No other information was available.

iPod stolen

Oswego police responded to Oswego East High School at about 7:30 p.m. for a report of a stolen iPod valued at $200 earlier in the day.
