Anthony Rice, 50 of 381 Essex Ave., Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol at about 4 a.m. Sunday near his home, according to an report. He was given a Jan. 20 court date.

A 17-year-old Oswego boy was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 8:30 p.m. at Oswego High School, according to an Oswego police report.

Shane Gauden, 18, of 500 Arbor Drive, Oswego, and Jay Bodine, 18, of 100 Dolores St., Oswego, were both charged with underage drinking at about 8:40 p.m. Dec. 9 at Oswego High School, according to an Oswego police report. They were given Jan. 6 court dates.

Theft

Oswego police took a report of the theft of about $50 from a gym locker at about 6 p.m. Dec. 9 at Oswego High School, according to an Oswego police report. The theft took place during school hours, the police report said.

Burglary

Oswego police are investigating a burglary that took place in the 200 block of Lynx Lane sometime before 2 p.m. Dec. 9. Forced entry was made through a window and various items of an undetermined value were taken.
