Police Blotter: Underage Drinking Charges Continue

DUI

Ashley Owens, 33, 522 Sudbury Circle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and open alcohol at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday at Route 71 and Washington Street, according to an Oswego Police report. 

Theft

A resident in the 400 block of Grapevine Trail reported the theft of two watches and a necklace from their home sometime before 6:45 p.m. July 27, according to an Oswego Police report.

Forgery

Oswego Police are investigating a string of three forgery thefts from around town at about 5:30 p.m. July 27. No further information was provided.

Underage drinking

Two Oswego male juveniles were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 8 p.m. July 27 at Fox Chase Elementary School, according to an Oswego Police report. No further information was provided.

DUI, underage consumption

Ashley S. Spencer, 18, of Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 3 a.m. July 24 at Route 71 and Panther Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. Her passenger, Holly Boyles, 18, of Oswego, was also charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Both were given Sept. 2 court dates.

Domestic battery

David R. Lopez, 36, 326 Chicago Road, was charged with domestic battery at about 12:40 p.m. July 24 at his home, according to an Oswego Police report. He was given an Aug. 9 court date.
