Police Blotter: Vandalism at Oswego Park

William Robert Harris, 20, of the 300 block of Hartford Court, Oswego, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's police at Fernwood and Winrock and charged with possession of cannabis, police said.

Oswego police responded to Chesterfield Park, 141 Chesterfield Dr., after employees found several incidents of graffiti on park equipment and sidewalks. Some of the garbage cans had also been thrown into the lake, and one is missing, police said.
