Restaurant break-in

are investigating a burglary to Vito and Nick’s II, 3402 Orchard Road, that occurred sometime before 9:30 a.m. June 30. Police did not list what was stolen or damages done.

Drug paraphernalia

Michael Roman, 21, of Sandwich was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and on a failure to appear warrant at about 10:30 p.m. June 30 at Route 71 and Panther Drive, according to an Oswego police report. A court date was not given.

DUI

Susan Sveda, 41, of Joliet, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and improper lane usage at about 1:20 a.m. June 29 at Route 30 and Wolf Road, according to an Oswego police report. She was given an Aug. 14 court date.

Reckless conduct

Francisco Rodriguez, 19, of Aurora was charged with reckless conduct at about 11:15 p.m. June 28 at Ogden Falls Boulevard and Waterbury Circle, according to an Oswego police report. He was given an Aug. 10 court date.

Moon jump damaged

A resident in the 100 block of Croydon Court reported damage to a moon jump located at the home sometime before 3:35 p.m. June 27, according to an Oswego police report. Damage was estimated at about $500.

Leaving the scene of an accident

Stephen A. Huebner, 64, of Warrenville was charged with leaving the scene of an accident at about noon June 26, according to Oswego police reports. The accident, which caused $1,500 in damages to the other car, took place near Washington and Franklin streets. No injuries were reported.

Jewelry theft

A resident in the 700 block of Market Drive reported the theft of more than $6,000 worth of jewelry from the home sometime before 1:15 p.m. June 25, according to Oswego police reports. Police are investigating the theft.
