May 17

Warrant charges

Martin K. Riddick, 49, 984 Four Seasons Blvd, Aurora, was charged on two outstanding warrants for domestic battery and violating an order of protection at about 3:20 a.m. May 17 at Route 34 and Fifth Street, according to an Oswego Police report.

May 16

Alcohol consumption by a minor

Katie A. Edwards, 19, 310 Waterbury Circle, Oswego was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 12:30 a.m. May 16 at Routes 34 and 71, according to an Oswego Police report. She was given a June 10 court date.

May 15

Marijuana possession

Rodrick Moffeit, 22, of Romeoville, was charged with marijuana possession, possession of drug equipment, driving with a suspended license and improper display of front plate at about 10:40 p.m. May 15 at Route 30 and Heggs Road according to and Oswego Police report. He was given a June 10 court date.

May 14

Domestic battery

Renee Olsen, 19, 422 Lennox Dr., Oswego, and Sean Lechelt, 20, of Elburn, were both charged with domestic battering at about 4:20 p.m. May 14 at Olsen’s home, according to an Oswego Police report. They were both given June 7 court dates.

May 13

Marijuana possession

Bradley A. Wicknick, 45, of Shorewood, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving under in the influence of alcohol, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 11 p.m. May 13 at Route 30 and Wolf Road, according to an Oswego Police report. He was given a July 8 court date.

Retail theft

Oswego Police are investigating a report of a retail theft from the Oswego Walmart sometime before 3 a.m. May 13. According to the police report, about $750 in merchandise was taken.

May 12

Burning fence investigation

Oswego Police are investigating a report of six juveniles who set fire to a fence in the 600 block of Carnation Drive at about 6 p.m. May 12.  Damage to the fence was estimated at more than $150.
