Police Blotter: Woman Accused of DUI, Kicking Squad Car

Arrests, incidents reported by Kendall County Sheriff's police.

June 7

Tasha Marie Trettenero, 24, of the 2000 block of Light Road, Oswego, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's police and charged with driving under the influce of drugs, speeding, failure to signal, driving an uninsured vehicle, criminal damage to state property, resisting arrest, aggravated battery to a police officer and obstructing a peace officer, police said. According to police reports, Tretternero was stopped for speeding and failure to signal at Route 30 and Briarcliff Road and became angry, kicking a squad car door after her arrest and causing damage to the vehicle, according to police. She was taken into custody and held on $50,000 bond, police said.

June 9

An Oswego man was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash after an accident that injured an Aurora woman and two juveniles were injured, according to Kendall County Sheriff's police. Police said the crash occurred at 3:53 p.m. in the 900 block of Route 31 in unincorporated Oswego. The 27-year-old Aurora woman and two juveniles were taken to Rush-Copley Hospital for non-incapacitating injuries, police said. The woman was cited for no valid registration, according to police.
