Sheriff: Female Juvenile Plows Car Into Neighbors' Cars

Incident happened late Sunday night on Fernwood Road.

Editor's Note: This story has been revised. Originally Zolper had been identified as the driver of the vehicle, but he was not. Inaccurate information was provided to Patch by the Sheriff's office.

A 17-year-old female juvenile drove a car into three other cars late Sunday night in the 100 block of Fernwood Road, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

The juvenille was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 11:41 p.m. Sunday after driving a 2005 Buick into two cars parked at 156 Fernwood and another car parked at 154 Fernwood before coming to a stop, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

A fellow underage passenger and Tyler William Zolper, 18, of the 0-99 block of Fernwood Road, were also charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor, were taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center to be treated for injuries, the sheriff’s office said.

A condition report was not immediately available.

Just for those coming to this. You may not understand the flow of the posts here. I have read Tyler Zolper's father defending him all day. Now that he was called out for his foolish thoughts. He deletes all his posts because he was called out point blank and could no longer defend his completely wrong way of thinking.

I can not believe all the insults being directed towards the parents. If you have children be careful Your words may come to bite back. You can only guide your kids and hope they grow up and become assets. Blaming parents does not help in making the kids responsible for their actions.

No, this is not his father - or anyone involved for that matter. You are entitled to your opinion, as am I. It is my opinion that many of the posts here are due to the story being posted with false information in the first place. I find that to be disturbing. An attack on a family and one of the individuals involved is not going to solve anything. My point is simply that not one person that has stated negative comments on this post is informed of the actual story. I will leave it at that. I have spoken my peace and am done commenting about it.

You people make me sick! I'm shocked at the thing's that have been said on here! All these posts should be removed and you should be banned from leaving anymore comments. As if the family isn't under enough stress, you have to attack their son and them! There is a difference between defending and stating the facts! This family and very young adult are not the disgrace...you all are! Maybe you all should have listened to your parents when they taught you...if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all! Anyone has the freedom to yell at me, disagree with, say what you will as I won't be returning to read anymore of your stupidity. Just remember karma is a bicth! I wouldn't want to mess with the drive of this karma bus either!
