Tuesday, Sept. 4

Speeding

Mary Catherine Bernard, 18, of the 400 block of Raintree Drive, was arrested at 9:13 a.m. at Stewart Road. and North Simmons Road and charged with speeding 104 mph in a 55 mph speed zone, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Driving with license suspended, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia

Robert Alexander Bridgman, 20, of the 400 block of Palace St., Aurora, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. at Douglas Road and Seasons Ridge Boulevard. and charged with driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Bridgman had originally been stopped for expired registration.

Monday, Sept. 3

DUI

Elizabeth M. Tomkowiak, 50, of the 1600 block of SE River Roadd., Montgomery, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. Route 25 and Glendale and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Harassment through electronic means

A sheriff’s deputy responded to a report at the 0-99 block of Rockway at 9:23 p.m. for harassment through electronic means. A suspect was identified, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, and the case is under investigation.

A sheriff’s deputy responded to a report at the 100 block of Harbor Drive at 5:28 p.m. for harassment through electronic means in reference to a violation of order of protection, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Domestic battery

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of domestic battery that occurred at 12:33 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Boat Lane. The investigation is ongoing.

No valid driver’s license

A male juvenile, 17, of Aurora, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. at Route 30 and Douglas Road and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. The subject was originally stopped and charged for speeding.

A male juvenile, 17, of Montgomery, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. at Pomeroy and Saugatuck and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. The boy was originally stopped and charged for speeding.

Saturday, Sept. 1

Possession of drug equipment

Alejandro Martinez Jr., 19, of the 400 block of N. Union St., Aurora, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. at Route 31 and Caterpillar Drive and charge with the unlawful possession of drug equipment, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Martinez had originally been stopped and charged with speeding.

Friday, August 31

Unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor

Megan Louise Anderson, 19, of the 0-99 block of Oak Hill Drive, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. at Route 71 and Orchard Road and charged with the unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor and illegal transportation of alcohol, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Anderson was originally stopped and charged for speeding.

Thursday, August 30

Burglary

The Kendall County Sheriff’s police responded to a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred at two different houses in the 100 block of Heathgate Road., Montgomery at 11:35 p.m. Both vehicles had been burglarized, but nothing had been reported taken and there was no damage.

Wednesday, Aug. 29

Hit and Run

A sheriff’s deputy responded to a report of a hit and run that occurred in the 0-99 block of Sierra Road, Montgomery between Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. and Wednesday at 8:20 a.m. The victim’s car had been struck on the left side while it was parked on the street outside the house, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
