Sheriff: Woman Drives to Courthouse Drunk, Charged with DUI

Thursday, Dec. 27

DUI

Renee E. F. Jaggars-Saucedo, 50, of the 200 block of Dickson Court, Yorkville, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. at the Kendall County Court House and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Sheriff’s deputies. Deputies had originally been alerted of an intoxicated person at the courthouse and found that Jaggars-Saucedo had driven to the courthouse while reportedly under the influence of alcohol.

Unlawful possession of cannabis

Valentin Galvez, 30, of the 200 block of Keck Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. at Fernwood Road and Pembrooke Road and charged with the unlawful possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. Galvez was also cited for failing to properly secure a child under 8 years of age and for disobeying a stop sign.

Violation of order of protection

Rodney Vaughn Williams, 40, of the 200 block of Springbrook Trail South, Oswego, was arrested in the 1100 block of Cornell Lane, Oswego and charged with a violation of an order of protection, said the Sheriff’s deputies. Williams had reportedly sent several text messages to a victim, of whom he had been served with an order of protection previously.

Wednesday, Dec. 26

Fraud

Sheriff’s deputies received a report of fraud that occurred in the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive, Montgomery. A victim reported receiving a phone call from someone claiming to be from the DEA who requested money be sent to a foreign country to take care of a fine.

Tuesday, Dec. 25

Criminal damage to vehicle

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported criminal damage to vehicle that occurred at 8:45 p.m. on Dec. 24 in the 4300 block of Tuma, Yorkville. The victim’s car was “keyed” resulting in $300 worth of damages.

Monday, Dec. 24

In-state warrant

A male juvenile, 17, Oswego, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. for a burglary warrant out of Kendall County, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Saturday, Dec. 22

No valid driver’s license

Daniel Hugo Guerra-Aguirre, 25, of the 3800 block of Halsey Place, Columbus, Ohio, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at Orchard Road and Galena Road and charged for driving without a valid license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Friday, Dec. 21

In-state warrant

Wendy Joy Rader, 42, of the 0-99 block of Seneca Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. at Seneca and Hampton and charged with an outstanding warrant out of Kane County for forgery, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Thursday, Dec. 20

Curfew

A male juvenile, 16, was taken into custody at 2:44 a.m. at Route 25 and Bereman Road, Oswego and charged with a curfew violation, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported criminal damage to property that occurred between Nov. 20 and Dec. 20 in the 0-99 block of Grove Street, Bristol.

Burglary to motor vehicle

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred between Dec. 1 and Dec. 20 in the 0-99 block of Lexington Circle, Bristol. An unlocked care was reportedly broken in to an da $500 speaker box was taken.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

Domestic battery

Helen Flores, 53, of the 0-99 block of Circle Court, Montgomery, was arrested at 7:59 a.m. at her residence and charged with domestic battery, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. She reportedly made contact of a physical and insulting nature of a family member.

Warrant

Matthew Craig Duvall, 30, of the 0-99 block of Afton Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 7:56 a.m. at his residence and charged with a warrant out of Kendall County for aggravated assault, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

No valid driver’s license, curfew

A female juvenile was taken into custody at 2:38 a.m. at Fernwood Road and Hunter Road and charged with driving without a valid license and a curfew violation, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. She was also cited for no rear registration plate light.

Theft

Sheriff’s deputies are investigiating a reported theft that occurred at Barber Green Hunting and Fishing Club on August 24. A rowboat was reported stolen. Other boats have been reported stolen, and the Sheriff’s office have identified suspects.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

Telephone threat

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported telephone threat that occurred at 4:00 p.m. in the 7200 block of Galena, Bristol.
