Thursday, Sept. 27

Domestic battery

Summer Rose Beach, 34, of the 0-99 block of Saugatuck Drive, Montgomery was arrested at 3:52 a.m. at her house and charged with domestic battery, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

Residential burglary

  • Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a residential burglary that occurred sometime between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Harbor Drive. The victim reported medicine and jewelry missing from the residence.
  • Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a residential burglary that occurred at about noon in the 5000 block of Reservation Road. The incident is under investigation.

No valid driver’s license

  • Alfredo Guevara-Tapia, 25, of the 1700 block of Route 34 was arrested at 5:26 a.m. at Douglas Road and Seasons Ridge Boulevard and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. He was also cited for disobeying a traffic control device.
  • Adrean Aguillion, 24, of the 1700 block of Light Road was arrested at 8:08 a.m. at Routes 30 and 34 and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. She was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Criminal damage

  • Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at 5:25 p.m. at Long Beach Elementary. A fire occurred behind the baseball fields, and the property was damaged. The case is under investigation.
  • Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to a motor vehicle that occurred at 11:19 p.m. in the 100 block of Harbor Drive. The vehicle was damaged by fire.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

No valid driver’s license

  • Karla Montoya, 26, of the 900 block of Tollbiew Avenue, Aurora was arrested at 11:57 p.m. at Heritage Drive and Route 34 and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. She was also charged for speeding, no valid insurance and failure to notify Secretary of State of an address change.
  • Cornelio Gamez-Cruz, 33, of the 1300 block of Pleasant Place, Montgomery, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. at Fernwood Road and Winrock Road and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. He was also charged with disobeying a stop sign.

Warrant service

Ryan Scott Wilson, 25, of the 1400 block of Route 31, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. at his house and charged with warrant service due to an active arrest warrant out of Kane County for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Sunday, Sept. 23

Domestic battery

Modesto Flores, 35, of the 0-99 block of Winrock Road, Montgomery was arrested at 12:55am in the 0-99 block of Winrock Road and charged with domestic battery, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Property damage traffic crash, hit and run

Adam N. Coe, 30, of the 0-99 block of Cayman Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 1 a.m. at Collins and Plainfield Road and charged with property damage traffic crash and a hit and run, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies had originally responded to the report of a vehicle in a ditch that appeared to have been involved in a crash, involving a tree, culvert and fence for an estimate of more than $1,500. The driver left the scene and was later identified as Coe.

Saturday, Sept. 22

In-state warrant

Sherry Kaye Pounds, 42, of the 300 block of North River Street, Montgomery was arrested at 8:42 p.m. at Boat Lane and Route 31 and charged with an in-state warrant for domestic battery, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. She was also cited with the unlawful display of license plate, no red tail lights and no insurance.

Friday, Sept. 21

Driving with license suspended

Erica Marie Higgins, 26, of the 800 block of Douglas Road, Aurora, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. at Boulder Hill Pass and Seneca Drive and charged with driving with a suspended license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department. Higgins was also cited for speeding and for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

In-state warrant

Eddie Raymond Mangan, 26, of the 4700 block of Mill Road was arrested at 7:17 p.m. at Route 31 and Anchor Drive West and charged with an in-state warrant, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department. The warrant was out of Sandwich for a parking violation.

Thursday, Sept. 20

Domestic battery

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of domestic battery in progress between a male and female that occurred at 5:22 p.m. in the 0-99 block of West Anchor. Both were taken into custody.

Wednesday, Sept. 19

Criminal damage to motor vehicle

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to a motor vehicle that occurred sometime between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Woodcliff Road, Montgomery. The vehicle sustained damage to a window and the case is under investigation.
