Tuesday, Aug. 30

Marijuana possession

Douglas Watson, 23, of Aurora, was charged with possession of marijuana at about 1:50 a.m. Tuesday at Douglas and Old Post Roads in Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report. Watson was stopped for speeding, and a sheriff’s drug dog alerted deputies to the presence of drugs in the vehicle.

Monday, Aug. 29

12-year-old warrant arrest

A 12-year-old Montgomery boy was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant at about 5:20 p.m. Monday, according a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report. No further information was available.

Trespass, warrant arrest

Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies were busy at a home in the 4000 block of Mill Road in Oswego Township at about 6:40 p.m. Monday. Deputies were called to the residence for a report of a criminal trespass. Another resident of the home also reported a television had been stolen last month. Yet another resident, Tammy Brewick, 40, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant by deputies.

Saturday, Aug. 27

Trespassing

A resident in the 0-99 block of West Anchor Drive in Oswego Township reported to Kendall County Sheriff’s office that a stranger walked in the home at about midnight Aug. 27 and walked out again after the homeowners told him to leave.

Friday, Aug. 26

Marijuana possession

Arturo, Alarcon, 24, 40 Ingleshire Road, Montgomery, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 9 p.m. Aug. 26, at Fernwood and Knollwood roads in Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report. He was pulled over after deputies saw Alarcon failing to yield at the intersection.

Copper theft

Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Utility Dynamic Corp., 23, Commerce Drive, at about 8 a.m. Aug. 26 for a report of about $1,000 worth of copper from the business.  The theft occurred sometime after 5:30 p.m. the previous day.
