Monday, April 18

DUI reported

  • Renee M. Olsen, 19, of 422 Lennox Drive in Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs at about 7:45 p.m. Monday at Kicks 66 gas station at 2501 Light Road, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. The Sheriff’s Office responded to the gas station for a 911 hang-up. After speaking with clerks at the station, deputies said they determined that Olsen was parked at a pump and became belligerent. After failing a sobriety test, Olsen was charged with DUI drugs, the report said.
  • Tessy A. Callas, 43, of 21 W. Jefferson St. in Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 6:40 p.m. Monday about a block from her home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Deputies responded to Circle Drive West and Ashlawn Avenue for a report of a woman vomiting from her car, the report said. Deputies said they saw Callas driving her car on the road and she later was pulled over and charged with DUI. She also was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol.
Friday, April 15

Domestic battery
Kimberly A. Zentmyer, of 3 Knollwood Drive in Montgomery, was charged with domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence at about 11:20 p.m. Friday at her home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Deputies responded to the home and found that Zentmyer had struck a man and caused a laceration, the report said.

Thursday, April 14

Domestic battery
Gerald H. Eady, 33, of 25 Fieldpoint Road in Montgomery, was charged with domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a domestic battery at about 8:30 a.m. Thursday at his home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Deputies responded to the home for a 911 hang-up. During the investigation, deputies said they discovered Eady became involved in an argument with a family member and threw a water bottle that struck the family member in the back. While the family member was attempting to call 911, Eady pulled the phone from the wall, the report said.

Wednesday, April 13

Domestic battery
Allison M. Sautter, 18, of 82 Saugatuck Road in Montgomery, was charged with domestic battery at about 7:40 p.m. Wednesday at her home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Deputies responded to the home for a report of a domestic battery. According to the report, Sautter pushed a family member.

Monday, April 11

Marijuana possession
Richard J. Maton, 22, of the 200 block of Calumet Street in Oswego, was charged with possession of marijuana at about 6:15 p.m. April 11 at Briarcliff Road and Route 30, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Maton’s car was pulled over for an expired registration sticker, the report said. Maton admitted to having marijuana in his car and was subsequently charged, the report said.
