A 28-year-old man from El Paso, Texas was arrested Monday, Dec. 3 and found with three outstanding warrants, one of which was for the sexual assault of a child, said Oswego police.
Omar Gonazlez, 28, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. in the 2700 block of Route 34.
Police had received a call of a suspicious person selling speakers in the parking lot of a business in the 2700 block of Route 34.
Upon making contact, police discovered the warrants against Gonzalez.
Gonazalez was not charged for any local crimes, police said.
Gonazalez was brought to the Kendall County Jail where he will be extradited back to Texas.
