Three Charged with Retail Theft, Alcohol Possession

Incident happened Saturday evening.

Three young men between the ages of 19 and 20 were arrested Saturday evening and charged with retail theft and the possession of alcohol by a minor, said Oswego police.

The incident occurred at 8:05 p.m. in the 2700 block of Route 34. The three men arrested and charged were:

  • Jesse Romero, 19, of the 600 block of South Webster, Aurora;
  • Ricardo Martinez, 20, of the 200 block of North Loucks, Aurora; and
  • Victor Fonseca Jr., 19, of the 200 block of South Smith, Aurora.

They reportedly stole $58.67 worth of merchandise from the business. They are scheduled in court on March 8 after posting personal recognizance bond.
