Traffic Safety Campaign Starts Today

Police will be on the lookout for seat belt and child restraint violations.

The Oswego Police Department has received a Sustained Traffic Enforcement Program grant from the Illinois Department of Transportation to coincide with the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.

Police will be on the lookout for seat belt and child restraint violations. 

The enforcement will run from Monday, Nov. 12 through Monday, Nov. 26. Officers will be patrolling at various times throughout the period.
