Hit and run
Oswego police took a report for a hit and run accident that occurred at 8:30 p.m. at Lincoln Station Drive and Route 30. An unknown vehicle that left the scene after it hit the victim’s vehicle. Damage is estimated at more than $1,500.

Oswego police responded to a domestic battery call that occurred at 11:05 p.m. in the 400 block of Stonewater Lane. No arrests were made.

Oswego police are investigating a reported criminal trespass to property that occurred at 3:10 a.m. in the 2300 block of Route 34.
Domestic battery
Imelda P. Szymaszek, 38, of the 600 block of Salem Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. at her residence and charged with domestic battery, said Oswego police.
