Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for criminal damage to property that occurred in the parking lot of the Boulder Hill Apartments overnight. A window of the victim’s vehicle was reported shattered.

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for harassment by telephone that occurred between 2:40 p.m. and 4:29 p.m. The victim reported receiving unwanted phone calls and text messages.

Deonte M. Luckett, 18, of the 1100 block of Bellwood Avenue, Bellwood, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. at Pembrook Road and Shermead Road, Oswego on a warrant out of the Naperville Police Department for retail theft after he was stopped for driving with only one headlight, said the Sheriff’s office.

Sunday, Dec. 8

No valid driver’s license, curfew

A female juvenile, 16, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. at Route 25 and Boulder Hill Pass, Montgomery, and charged for driving without a valid driver’s license and for a curfew violation after she was stopped for driving without a rear registration light, said the Sheriff’s office. She was also cited for an unlawful number of passengers and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
