Workers Extinguish Grease Fire at McDonald's

The small blaze was out before fire personnel arrived.

employees extinguished a small grease fire Saturday night before crews arrived, officials said.

The call came in at 8:24 p.m. after smoke from the fire set off an alarm at the Orchard Road restaurant, Batallion Chief Josh Flanders said.

The fire, which workers put out with an extinguisher, didn't cause any damage.
