Letter to the Editor: Doesn't Want to Pay for Neighbors' Unlimited Trash

Hello Oswego Residents,
The Village of Oswego board will be deciding on a new garbage contract. I believe limited trash is the responsible thing to do. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Do you want to pay for residents who produce a large amount of trash each week? Not me.

There are totters at 35, 65, & 95 gallons. Residents can choose their size and pay accordingly to what they produce.  Residents pay per usage for all other utilities, why should garbage be any different? Yard waste can be mulched into the best organic fertilizer.
