Oswego Board Approves Speedway Gas Station

Company has agreed to add sidewalks, dedicate additional right-of-way for Wolf's Crossing Road improvements.

Oswego Village Board members have approved annexation, rezoning and preliminary planned unit development ordinances for a Speedway gas station at Route 30 and Wolf’s Crossing Road, according to the Beacon News.

The company plans to build a 4,600-square-foot convenience store and 10-pump gas station at the site.

As part of the agreement, the developer has agreed to make roadway improvements required by IDOT and dedicate additional right-of-way on Wolf's Crossing Road to accommodate future improvements. The company will also install sidewalks along the south and east sides of the 1.75-acre property.
