Oswego Chamber President Hatcher Retiring

Angie Hibben will begin on April 1, replacing Steve Hatcher who announced his retirement.

Tim Leverich, Chairman of the Board of the Oswego Chamber of Commerce announced today the hiring of Angie Hibben as the Chamber’s new President/CEO effective April 1. 

She replaces Steve Hatcher who has served in that capacity since 2009 and has announced his retirement. Hatcher is the husband of State Rep. Kay Hatcher of Yorkville.

Hibben has been a member of the Chamber staff serving as Special Projects Coordinator since Spring of 2008.  She is working on her IOM certification from the Institute for Organization Management training conducted by US Chamber of Commerce. 

“We’re delighted to have Angie move up in the organization and have every faith in her abilities,” Leverich said.

Hibben has been active in local PTA’s, the Rotary Club of Oswego, the Kendall Arts Guild and serves on the Oswego Cultural Arts and Women’s Topics committees.  She and her husband Todd have 4 children.
