Oswego Seeks Developers for Downtown Revitalization

The village is looking for proposals from commercial and residential developers.

The Village of Oswego is offering development opportunities for four village-owned parcels located in what is known as Old Village Hall Block in downtown Oswego.

Bounded by Route 34/Washington Street to the north, Main Street to the east, Van Buren Street to the south and Adams Street to the west, the area has been targeted for redevelopment by the village.

The village has put out a request for qualifications (RFQ) for commercial and residential redevelopment of property.

Developer submissions are due by 11 a.m. April 11.

Questions and comments regarding the RFQ can be sent to vgadde@oswegoil.org.
