Cross Circuit Training
Cross Circuit Training uses free weights in a timed circuit .Each circuit class will be followed by intense cardio to increase your fitness. Thirty minutes in the downstairs free weight room, followed by 30 minutes in the gym for cardio. No fee or registration is required.
