Mud Volleyball Tournament Will Benefit Oswegoland Optimist Club

The tournament will take place on Saturday, June 29 at Allied First Bank.

It's almost time to let the mud fly! 

The Oswego Optimist Club will be hosting their annual Mud Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, June 29th at Allied First Bank.

There will be two tournaments:  The High School tournament will check in at 8:30 a.m., and the adult teams (all team members must be 18+) will check in at 11 a.m.

Spots are still available for both tournaments, but they will sell out before the event. Anyone interested in participating can go to www.oswegooptimists.com for  tournament information and to print the sign-up sheets and waivers.

This year the High School tournament will be double elimination, and the adult tournament has been expanded to pool play.  Each team is guaranteed four games.

All teams must be co-ed, and each team must consist of a minimum 6 players.  In addition, each team must have at least 1 woman on the court at all times and the teams may have a maximum of 10 total participants. 

Each High School Team must pay an entry fee of $30.00 and each Adult Team is $80.00.  All proceeds will benefit the Optimist Club and its charity work in the Oswego area.
