Kifowit to Host Home Owners Association Seminar

AURORA, Ill. – In an effort to educate residents on the rights and responsibilities of Home Owners Associations, state Rep. Stephanie Kifowit, D-Oswego, is inviting the public to an informational seminar for both residents and board members on Thursday, May 15 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Eola branch of the Aurora Public Library, located at 555 S. Eola Rd.

“Home Owners Associations can serve as valuable advocacy groups, helping families protect the value of their homes,” Kifowit said. “However, residents deserve to know what rights they are entitled to under these associations.”
