Senator Bertino-Tarrant to hold Satellite Office hours in Joliet
JOLIET – Senator Bertino-Tarrant (D-Shorewood) will continue her satellite office hours events in the month of April. Her next stop will be in Joliet.
The Joliet satellite office event will be held Thursday, April 24 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Joliet Public Library (3395 Black Rd. Joliet, IL).
“It's important that area residents have the opportunity to meet with district staff and me to discuss local and individual concerns,” Sen. Bertino-Tarrant said.
Satellite office hours provide community residents an opportunity to meet with their legislator at an informal location that is convenient and easy for them.
Area residents are welcome to attend the satellite office hours to discuss state government or community issues. Many other services are also provided. Residents can receive assistance with FOID card applications, food stamp issuance, healthcare, veteran or disability issues, Medicare paperwork, foreclosure prevention assistance and much more.
