Overpriced food, slow service, cold food. Not a good experience at all.
I eat here 3 or 4 times a week. Very personable staff, specials that are friendly to seniors and good food.

We went there twice and had bad service both times. Otherwise, IHOP restaurants are great places.
On the second visit I got eggs that were cold and under cooked. It took them 30 more minutes to cook me more eggs and the restaurant was basically empty. The mgr said that the cook was new and that she was training him and that's why it took so long. But after he blew it the first time, then she needed to cook the replacement eggs and just get them out to me. I then asked for a credit and she only wanted to give me a discount for the cost of the eggs rather than my whole meal, or rather than also included the meal that my daughter had and was unable to enjoy with her Dad.
The mgr's recation to this problem was really telling and we haven't been back since that time.
