The staff is wonderful and treat me and my dogs with great care. As with any big clinic, I have my favorite doctors, but I try to see a couple of different ones from time to time so I know them in an emergency. I have a very old dog who is tentatively diagnosed with cancer, and every doctor he sees knows his status, and treats him appropriately. I have heard that they are comparatively pricey, but that is fine for the quality of care that we receive.

Kelly,
I am truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations. As we are a five doctor hospital, the staff strives to ensure the patient/client always sees the doctor of their choice. The doctors also have medical rounds every day to share and evaluate patient care. I would appreciate the opportunity to further discuss your concerns. Please call me at the hospital if you would like to talk.

Great for general vet visits, but if your dog has an ongoing problem and needs a diagnosis, I wouldn't recommend it. There are so many doctors that it's hard to see the same one two times in a row. It was evident that there was little communication between doctors when we switched vets and got our files.
