After many years of searching, and being mistreated by some of the worst repair shops in Oswego and the Valley, my family has finally found a trust worthy repair shop!
Roberts Auto in Oswego is the only automotive repair shop we will go to... They are local ,family friendly, honest, reliable and most of all knowledgeable. They repair only what needs to be done and always call with information and fair price before working on my cars. Well Done Tim and Pam!

I'm a 25 year old female who has been ripped off many times I feel due to my ignorance when it comes to cars, I have gone to Roberts Auto on more than one occasion each tinme the cost was exactly what I was told it would be I dont remeber that ever happening before. I have my Mechanic and its Roberts.
After moving to Oswego in 2005 with a business fleet and searching long and hard for a Mechanic that was trustworthy to free up my time as a business owner, I was estatic when Roberts came to town, I never have to question or wonder if what I'm being told is accurate or necessary or fairly priced, never an upsell after working on all of my business fleet, both my personal cars, both of my daughterts cars and yes even my Mothers car! who by the way does not even live in the area. I now finally have a qualified mechanic for my business and family. I tried hard to trust others but was always let down by either poor workmanship or unnecessary upsells and with one local mechanic even flat deceit. Thank you Tim!

Roberts Auto has the most reliable and trustworthy business when it comes to auto repairs. Tim has always been there for us and has given us excellent service each and every time. When my son was leaving for the Navy, Tim took the EXTRA time and went over my son's car with a fine tooth comb! I recommend him too everyone we talk to!
Roberts Auto is a family owned and operated buiness and it shows. The service is great, Tim is a very honest mechanic. I have all of my work/repairs done at Roberts from oil, batteries to tires and headlights. You feel like your family is working on you vehicle.....that is how trustworhty they are!
