Sheriff's Blotter: Drunken Driving, Theft and Harassment

A look at recent police reports provided by the Kendall County Sheriff's Department.

Drunken driving Derrick Burgess, 31, of the 400 block of Morton Avenue in Aurora, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 12:12 a.m. on Route 31 at Light Road in Oswego Township, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said. Burgess was initially stopped for traveling at a high rate of speed, weaving and crossing a traffic line, police said, and was also charged with improper lane use and not carrying his driver’s license. Hiding drug paraphernalia Daniel Fitzpatrick III, 18, of the 100 block of Rickard Drive in Oswego, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer at his home at 12:39 a.m., Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.
