Violation of sex offender registration Kevin Dale Blomberg, 46, of the 1000 block of Route 30, Aurora, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. in the 1000 block of Route 30, Aurora and charged with failure to register his new address with sex offender registration, said Kendall County Sheriff Police. Blomberg had been assisting an ambulance at the Council Courts Motel when police identified him as a registered sex offender. Possession of Marijuana A juvenile was arrested at 5:50 p.m. at the Oswego McDonalds and charged with the possession of cannabis less than 2.5g, said Kendall County Sheriff police. This guy was being a good Samaritan, helping with the ambulance call. Removal of good citizens who are undeserving of Registration, or have been fully rehabilitated, is just as important as the publication of the worst offenders.
