Domestic battery, resisting a police officer, criminal damage to property and more Lied William Otto, 35, of the 0-99 block of Fernwood Road, Montgomery, was arrested at his home at 2:51 a.m. and charged with domestic battery, resisting a police officer, aggravated assault, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence and criminal damage to property, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
