DUI Car break-in Oswego police took a report of a car being broken into in the 200 block of Ogden Falls Boulevard sometime before 7:10 p.m. Dec. 15. About $500 damage was done to the car and about $200 worth of items were taken. Theft, eluding police Juan Lopez, 43, of 401 Monroe St. in Oswego, was charged with felony retail theft, fleeing and eluding police, driving while license suspended, failure to signal, no insurance and damaging government property at about 1 p.m. Dec. 14, according to an Oswego police report. Hit and run Oswego police are investigating a hit-and-run that took place in the parking lot of Walmart at about 3:40 p.m. Tuesday. The victim, a 26-year-old Oswego man, was not injured.
