Two Oswego Juveniles Arrested for Street Racing: Police

Incident occurred late Friday night.

Editor's Note: A correction was made to this story in regards to which juvenile had been charged with which counts.  Two Oswego, male juveniles were arrested for street racing last Friday evening at Routes 34 and 71 just before midnight, said the Oswego Police Department. One male juvenile, 17, was charged with street racing and the other male juvenile, 16, was charged with street racing, speeding and failure to signal, according to Oswego police. The 16-year-old was also cited with no insurance. The incident happened at 11:53 p.m. as police caught one car traveling 60 mph in a 40 mph zone westbound on Route 34.
