Fitness Director at the Oswego Family YMCA. I work with a wonderful staff who teach group exercise classes, personal train, and do orientations on equipment. 

I love helping kids learn about fitness and how to have fun with exercise.

Summer 2011 was the first year for our Y-Be Fit camp. It's a fitness camp for kids ages 7-14.
