Oswego's Cocomero Frozen Yogurt to Open Soon

Other business news includes Zsa Zsa's celebrating their one year anniversary, Rep. Kay Hatcher meeting with Oswego residents and more.

The Oswego location of Cocomero Frozen Yogurt will be opening the end of this week or the beginning of next week.

Young Lee will be at the helm of the new shop, which will be located inside Oswego's Mason Square on Route 34. The original Cocomero opened in Champaign in 2009. The Downers Grove location opened in 2012.

  • State Representative Kay Hatcher is again this summer taking her office on the road to meet with local residents in communities throughout the 50th District. Hatcher will be available to meet with Oswego residents on from 9 a.m. to noon, June 20 at the Oswego Village Hall, 100 Parkers Mill.
  • Hair Professionals is looking for female models for haircuts or color. The Sassoon Team & Sebastian International Educators are doing a haircutting and coloring workshop and need models interested in having their hair cut and possibly colored.   • Because of PrairieFest this weekend, Second Born Consignment has changed its hours so they can represent the store at PrairieFest. They will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday; noon to 4 p.m. Saturday adn 9 a.m. to noon Sunday. They will have a diaper derby at the fest on Saturday and will be in the parade on Sunday.
  • Zsa Zsa's Boutique is celebrating its one year anniversary from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., June 21. They will have a one-day sale, raffle prizes, a pig roast, on-site mini massages and more. The business is located at  58 Main Street.
