Must have flexible schedule throughout the year. Hours will increase during our busy times and may be less during slow times, but will average about 30 hours per week.
Must know your way around a kitchen 
Must be excellent at baking from SCRATCH
Must be CREATIVE
Must be able to work independently as well as be a great team player
Professional bakery experience is not required, but talent and ability are
