Oswego’s Cocomero Opening Delayed
The store hopes to open at some point in the month of July.
For everyone wanting to get a taste of Oswego’s new frozen yogurt shop, the wait is going to be a bit longer than expected.
Previously the field contact and head of the Oswego Cocomero, Young Lee, told Patch that the shop would be opening in about mid-June.
But the new opening date is most likely an undetermined date in July.

Lee said he was “99 percent sure” that the shop would open at some point in July.
“We are having some type of code issue,” said Lee, opting not to explain further. “It’s hard to tell you [an exact date].”

The Cocomero is located inside Oswego’s Mason Square on Route 34 next to Rosati’s.
The original Cocomero opened in Champaign in 2009. The Downers Grove location opened in 2012.
