Burglary to motor vehicle

Oswego police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred early in the morning in the 500 block of Crustal Court. A window on a locked vehicle was broken and a bag was taken. The bag was recovered on a yard to the east.

DUI

  • Felicano Isano, 24, of the 1400 block of Burr Oak Circle, Aurora, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. at Route 71 and Washington and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he was stopped for improper lane usage, said Oswego police.
  • Ritas J. Pavilinois, 50, of the 6000 block of Audry, Yorkville, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. at Station Drive and Mill Road and charged with driving under the influence. He was arrested for another DUI less than a week ago.

Saturday, Nov. 23

DUI

Michelle L. Bing, 33, of the 2700 block of Amila, Oswego, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. at Route 34 and Ogden Falls and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. She was also charged for failing to yield to emergency equipment and for driving without a seatbelt.

Friday, Nov. 22

Retail theft

Oswego police took a report for the retail theft of three bottles of liquor that were stolen from a store in the 3700 block of Orchard Road at 5:50 p.m. The liquor is valued at $100.

Burglary to motor vehicle

Oswego police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred between Oct. 2 and Nov. 22 in the 800 block of Columbus Drive. An iPod touch and Beats by Dr. Dre headphones valued together at $500 were reported stolen.

No valid driver’s license

Carmen E. Flores-Perez, 35, of the 400 block of South Union Street, Aurora, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. at 5th Street and Route 24 and charged for driving without a valid driver’s license after running a red light, said Oswego police.

Theft

Oswego police took a report of a theft that occurred at an unknown time at First Place Rental. Someone failed to return equipment valued at $1,450.

Thursday, Nov. 21

Theft

Oswego police are investigating a reported theft of a trailer and construction tools valued at $7,900 that occurred between 5 p.m. on Nov. 20 and 7 p.m. on Nov. 21 in the 300 block of Wolverine. The trailer was recovered where it had been abandoned about half a mile away, but the tools were taken from it.

Hit and run

An unknown vehicle struck a Village sign and a mailbox at Boulder Hill Pass and Lombardy and left the scene without reporting the incident.
